Our Sponsorship Policy

Please note that we will be accepting rider support resumes for the 2008 - 2009 race season from October 1 through November 31, 2008. Please carefully read and adhere to the guidelines when submitting applications for racer or event support. We do not accept e-mailed resumes and we do not accept resumes that don't meet the criteria outlined below.

The entire staff of Hardkor raced off-road at one time and we believe in supporting the sport that supports us. We welcome your racing resumes for review, however we get hundreds or requests each year and the sheer volume makes it impossible for us to discuss individual inquiries over the phone. And of course, the huge number of requests we receive also means we're forced to say no to many deserving people and worthwhile organizations who approach us for support. Here are the guidelines you should follow when sending resumes for review.
ATV racers interested in sponsorship:
Give us a short bio of yourself and be sure to include any information you feel is important regarding your ability to promote your sponsors. Make sure to include all the information we need to contact you. An address and phone number is a must. If you have e-mail, please include that as well. Also, put your return address on the resume, not just the envelope. Sometimes we receive resumes without a return address making it impossible to contact the racer. Resumes that do not include accurate contact information will not be considered. Always give us a clear idea of your planned racing agenda for the upcoming season, including some idea of racer and spectator turnout. Also, the number of events you plan to attend and who sanctions these events. It's also a good idea to include a color photo of yourself in action or even a photo of you with your race setup (i.e.. your quad and truck/trailer). Keep the resume simple: a bio, contact information, racing agenda, past racing results and a photo is sufficient to provide us with the information we need to make a decision. If we have questions, we'll call you. Send the resume to:

Hardkor Engineering
Attn.: Racer Support
837 Air Park Rd.
Rhinelander, WI 54501
Or fax to:
(715) 369 0787

Due to the number of spam requests we receive, only hard-copy applications will be considered. We ask that you wait three weeks before making a follow-up call. The high volume of resumes we receive prevents us from discussing every situation with every applicant. If after three weeks you have not received a mailed response, please call us to verify we have received your resume. We do not accept resumes with more than one racer. If you are applying for sponsorship for your race team or several family members your best chances are to submit individual resumes for each racer requesting support.
Organizers of races, awards banquets, or other events:
Please mail us a proposal for review. Your proposal should include an exact description of your planned event, other sponsors, expected turn-out and what you are looking for from Hardkor Engineering. We ask that you wait three weeks before making a follow-up call. The high volume of proposals we receive prevents us from discussing every situation with every applicant. If after three weeks you have not received a mailed response, please call us to verify we have received your proposal.

Please remember that we get hundreds requests for racer and event support each season. Obviously it is impossible to offer support to everyone. Be realistic in your expectations. As a small company, and to stretch our limited sponsorship resources, Hardkor Engineering offers very limited free product and almost no monetary sponsorships. Most sponsorship opportunities are in the form of product discount. However,we do sponsor amateur as well as professional racers so don't be afraid to send your resume for consideration.

Thanks for your interest:

Ride responsibly, race hard.
