Rossier Engineering exhaust for Honda TRX 450R
RE-450R
RE exhausts feature brushed stainless steel head and mid pipes so they won't corrode or rust. No shortcuts here - we did it right. The canister is brushed aluminum with a machined turn-down end to help quiet things down a few decibels. When combined with an aftermarket filter, proper jetting and cam, our TRX450 gained 9.0 HP at the rear wheel! We tried many pipes and found you can only achieve 42.5 HP peak with the stock cam - the HRC™ or Rossier cam will give you the rest of the power.

Designed to match our front hubs, they are anodized in your choice of our 3 standard colors and an optional dust cap can be purchased to cover the axle nut. Our hubs are made from 7075 aluminum bar stock and a high strength steel splined insert has been added for durability never before offered in a billet aluminum rear hub. Recent in-house testing has shown unbelievable strength characteristics as a staggering 1,800 foot pounds of torque was applied to a hub and axle assembly. Upon disassembly, we found that the hub had sustained no damage, but we had moved the splines on the axle!! Try that with any other aluminum hub! For those concerned about weight, Hardkor billet hubs have shown weight savings up to 7 oz. each incluing the dust cap!

We are selling these separately to keep the cost down for those customers who are extremely weight conscious and don't want to pay for something that they won't use. Dust caps are sold individually, so please enter a quantity of two when ordering with your new rear hubs.
Please note that dust caps may only be used with stock axles or adjustable width axles with all spacers on the inboard side of the hub.

A direct replacement for Hardkor hub assemblies and Honda TRX450R, 250R and 400EX. Also fits any OEM and aftermarket hubs with .406" - .415" diameter stud holes. These studs measure 35.5MM from the underside of the head to the end of the stud and .426" across the knurl.
Studs are sold individually and nuts are not included.
Please note that if you are installing these in Hardkor front hub assemblies purchased before 11/31/05, you will need to ream the stud holes to 13/32"
