PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED:
Payment methods accepted are: Credit Card, (Visa, Master Card or Discover only). Credit card orders must be shipped to billing address. Certified Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks, (personal checks must clear issuing bank before order will be shipped.) Sorry, no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Please include order number, date order was placed and shipping information with all payments. All orders will be shipped UPS. All checks or money orders should be sent to: Hardkor Engineering Inc. 837 Air Park Road. Rhinelander, Wi. 54501 If you are paying by check, or money order, please wait for an e-mail order confirmation before sending payment. After e-mail order confirmation is sent, order will be held for ten days to receive payment. After ten days, we will not be able to guarantee availability of items ordered. If you are paying via credit card, your card will not be charged until the item(s) ordered are ready to be shipped. If an item becomes unavailable, or cannot be shipped for any reason, your credit card will not be charged. STOCK AVAILABILITY: Although our inventory is updated on a regular basis, we cannot guarantee that an item is in stock at the time your order was placed. If we receive more orders for a particular item that we can fill, orders will be filled on a first come first served basis, it will not be based on method of payment, place being shipped to, or past customer's orders. Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In some cases, these items are currently in manufacturing, and will be shipped as soon as an item become available. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you immediately via email. SALES TAX: We are required to collect sales tax of 5.5% on any orders being shipped within the state of Wisconsin. Any orders shipped outside of the state of Wisconsin are responsible to pay sales tax to their state. |
SHIPPING CHARGES:
There will be $7.50 shipping and handling for all orders. Domestic Only. RETURN POLICY: A 15% restocking fee will apply unless items are damaged or shipped incorrectly. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Any return requests may be accepted or denied at the discretion of HardKor Engineering . POLICY CHANGES: Our Policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. However, due to the fast paced e-commerce business, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of our Policies at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. PRIVACY POLICY: Customer Information is Confidential! All customer information, including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, items purchased and credit card information will never be sold or given to any other company. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. All Credit Card Information is destroyed after order is processed. If you have submitted an order, we may occasionally contact you via e-mail to inform you of special products, prices or policy changes. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, we are unable to accept orders outside of the United States. We are currently trying to establish an international ordering policy.
